An ultrasound service is now available at CCR.

In addition to diagnostic ultrasound scans of the abdomen and pelvis, scans of soft tissue masses, rotator cuff tears, testes, foot and ankle tendons, hernias and Morton’s neuroma are also available.

Evening appointments have proved popular with many patients. Scan appointments may also be made in typical working hours. All scans are performed by a consultant radiologist.

Reports are available and emailed on the same day as the scan. A paper request is also posted.

The aim is to provide a professional, modern and comprehensive scanning service for clinicians and private patients, providing prompt access and prompt reports. For private patients with medical insurance the aim is to provide the lowest prices available.
